Tabuk brings together 13 entities for Environment Week 2026 showcase on sustainability and resource protection

TABUK, May 3 — A total of 13 government and private entities in Saudi Arabia’s Tabuk region participated in Environment Week 2026, presenting environmental products and initiatives under the slogan “Your Green Impact.”


The five-day event, organized by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture’s branch in the region, was held at Park Mall and drew strong visitor attendance, according to the official statement.


Participating entities used interactive pavilions to showcase projects and initiatives in areas including vegetation protection, combating desertification, recycling, environmental volunteering, environmental compliance, and improving the efficiency of natural resource use.


Officials said the event was aimed at strengthening public awareness of environmental sustainability and encouraging environmentally friendly behavior in daily life.


Amjad bin Abdullah Thalab, Director General of the Ministry’s branch in the region, said the level of visitor engagement reflected growing environmental awareness and support for national sustainability initiatives aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
