Washington, February 19, 2026 (SABN) – Several countries announced financial and material support for Gaza during the first meeting of U.S. President Donald Trump’s Board of Peace. The pledges were made on Thursday by foreign dignitaries attending the session.

  • United States: $10 billion contribution to the border peace initiative, announced by President Donald Trump.

  • United Arab Emirates: $1.2 billion pledge, confirmed by Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

  • Qatar: $1 billion pledge, announced by Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.

  • Saudi Arabia: $1 billion commitment to the Board of Peace via an international security force for Gaza, confirmed by President Prabowo Subianto.

  • Kazakhstan: Ready to contribute cash and supply wheat for a food assistance package, said President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

  • Bahrain: Will provide infrastructure and skills to establish a digital government services platform in Gaza, announced King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

  • Uzbekistan: Prepared to assist in rebuilding schools, childcare facilities, and hospitals in Gaza, said President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

  • Egypt: Committed to continuing training of Palestinian police personnel, said Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly.

  • Romania: Will assist in rebuilding emergency services, schools, and institutions, including police and justice, according to President Nicușor Dan.

  • Turkey: Pledged support for health and education sectors, police training, and the deployment of troops to the International Stabilization Force, said Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.

  • Morocco: Will deploy police officers, train local police, and establish a military field hospital, said Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita.

  • Kuwait: Announced a $1 billion contribution to the Board of Peace.

The pledges mark a coordinated effort by international stakeholders to support governance, security, and humanitarian recovery in Gaza.
