Trump Warns of More Powerful U.S. Strikes on Iran

RIYADH, June 11 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) - U.S. President Donald Trump warned on Thursday that Iran would face more powerful U.S. military strikes, after saying Washington would hit the country “very hard” as the two sides continued exchanging fire.
“There will be more bombing tonight,” Trump told Fox News in a phone interview, adding that the bombs would be “bigger, more powerful.”
The remarks followed a Truth Social post in which Trump threatened further military action against Iran and warned that the United States could take control of Kharg Island and other Iranian oil and gas infrastructure.
Kharg Island handles about 90% of Iran’s crude oil exports.
The warning came after the United States and Iran traded strikes for a second day, increasing the risk of a wider conflict in the Middle East.
The latest U.S. strikes, which continued into Thursday morning in Iran, appeared more intense and wider than the previous day’s attacks, according to AP.
Iran released limited information on the scale of the damage and reported retaliatory fire targeting Kuwait, Bahrain and Jordan.
