Abu Dhabi, September 6, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – The Falcon Auction of the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX) 2025 achieved total sales of AED 1.668 million for 41 falcons across six live auctions.

Organised by ADNEC Group in partnership with the Emirates Falconers’ Club, the auctions are a highlight of the exhibition, now in its twenty-second edition, and have become one of the region’s most prominent heritage events.

Expanded Programme and Online Platform

This year’s programme introduced six live auctions alongside a secure online auction platform. Only a select group of elite falcons, known for their beauty and racing capabilities, were showcased from leading falcon farms around the world.

More than 1,000 falcons were assessed, with only top-tier birds accepted into the auctions. Falcons were classified into Beauty Falcons and Racing Falcons, evaluated for weight, colour, and wingspan measurements.

Strict Evaluation and Transparency

The ADIHEX organising committee confirmed that all falcons underwent rigorous inspection and veterinary assessment to meet international health and technical standards. Each falcon was presented with full details to ensure transparency and credibility in the bidding process.

Cultural Heritage and Sustainability

Falcons from 46 local and international falcon farms were featured, underscoring the UAE’s role in promoting falconry as part of its cultural heritage. The auctions also highlight the integration of advanced scientific methods in falcon breeding, environmental conservation, and sustainable practices.

International Participation

The auctions attracted leading bidders from across the region and abroad, reinforcing ADIHEX’s position as a premier global platform for falconry, heritage, and cultural exchange.
