SPA Riyadh, March 5, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Saudi Ministry of Defense said on Thursday it destroyed a drone in the Kingdom’s Al Jouf Province. Official spokesperson Major General Turki Al-Maliki said a drone was intercepted and destroyed east of the Al Jouf region. Al-Maliki also said three drones were intercepted and destroyed east of Al Kharj Province.

Riyadh, March 3, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Saudi Arabia’s military intercepted and destroyed eight drones near the capital Riyadh and the central city of Al Kharj early on Tuesday, the defence ministry said. The information was attributed to ministry spokesman Turki Al-Maliki. No damage or casualties were reported. Al Kharj lies about 85 kilometres southeast of Riyadh.
