Saudi Arabia Allows Skilled Professionals to Bring Family Members Alongside Work Visa Process
RIYADH, Oct 6 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Saudi Arabia will allow skilled professionals to bring eligible family members to the Kingdom and obtain their entry visas alongside completion of the work visa process for the head of the household, the Ministry of Interior announced on Tuesday.
The measure is being implemented in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
Eligible family members include a husband or wife, sons under the age of 25 and unmarried daughters, according to the ministry.
Applicants will be able to complete the requirements for their family members’ entry visas at the same time as the head of household’s work visa procedures.
Residency procedures for eligible family members will be completed after they enter Saudi Arabia in accordance with applicable regulations and requirements.
The Ministry of Interior said the measure forms part of Saudi Arabia’s efforts to enhance quality of life for people living in the Kingdom.
