Saudi Airlines Extend Flight Suspensions Across Middle East

Riyadh, March 11, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Several Saudi carriers have extended suspensions of flights to multiple destinations across the Middle East as ongoing regional airspace disruptions continue to affect aviation operations.
Saudia, Flynas and Flyadeal confirmed that services to a number of cities remain suspended or cancelled while airlines monitor the evolving situation.
Flynas said it has extended the suspension of flights to and from several destinations due to continued airspace closures in parts of the region.
The suspension applies to flights involving Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Doha, Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq and Syria, and will remain in effect until 11:59 p.m. Saudi time on March 15.
Meanwhile, Saudia said its suspension of services to Amman, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, Doha and Bahrain has been extended until 11:59 p.m. on March 12.
The airline also confirmed that flights to and from Moscow and Peshawar will remain suspended until March 15.
Flyadeal said flights to Amman, Damascus and Dubai have been cancelled until 11:59 p.m. Saudi time on March 12, adding that affected passengers are being contacted directly.
Airlines advised travelers to check their flight status online before heading to the airport, saying operational decisions continue to be reviewed in coordination with relevant authorities.
The carriers said passenger and crew safety remains their highest priority as regional developments continue to affect airspace across parts of the Middle East.
