RIYADH, March 7, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — At least 294 people have been killed in Lebanon since Israel began strikes on the country on Monday, the Lebanese health ministry said on Saturday.

More than 1,000 people have also been wounded during the same period, according to the ministry.

Lebanese authorities earlier reported that dozens were killed during overnight operations in a border region where Israeli commandos were searching for the remains of a long-missing Israeli airman.
