WAM Dubai, February 23, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Arada awarded the main construction contract for W Residences at Dubai Harbour to UAE-based Engineering Contracting Company (LLC) under an agreement valued at AED1.55 billion. The contract covers delivery of all three towers of the waterfront development. Early and enabling works, including excavation and piling, have begun following the award of a separate AED51 million contract to APCC Piling & Marine Contracting.
