Abu Dhabi, September 11, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – The United Arab Emirates has condemned remarks by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu targeting Qatar, describing them as hostile and provocative.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) said the security and stability of Qatar is an integral part of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), stressing that any aggression against a GCC member state constitutes an attack on collective Gulf security.
The ministry reaffirmed the UAE’s categorical rejection of Netanyahu’s comments, which it said included threats directed at Qatar. It added that such rhetoric undermines regional stability and risks pushing the Middle East toward “extremely dangerous trajectories.”
