Saudi students win 12 special awards at ISEF 2026

PHOENIX, May 14 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Saudi students won 12 special awards at the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair 2026 in Phoenix, Arizona, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
The Saudi team competed against more than 1,700 students from 70 countries at the global pre-university science competition.
The awards recognize projects with strong research value, practical applications and links to promising scientific fields.
Saudi Arabia is represented at ISEF by the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Giftedness and Creativity Foundation, known as Mawhiba, and the Ministry of Education.
The 2026 Saudi team includes 40 students, with 23 competing in person in Phoenix and 17 participating remotely from Riyadh.
