Riyadh Air Opens Bookings for Milan Flights Starting December 16
RIYADH, September 22, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Riyadh Air has opened bookings for direct flights between Riyadh and Milan, with service due to begin on December 16, the Saudi Press Agency reported on Tuesday.
The airline plans to operate four flights a week. Milan will be its fifth European destination and the 15th destination available for booking across its network.
Riyadh Air Chief Executive Tony Douglas said the route would strengthen travel links between Saudi Arabia and Italy and support business and tourism between the two countries.
More than 300,000 Saudi tourists visited Italy in 2024, according to Italian Ministry of Tourism figures cited by SPA.
Riyadh Air is wholly owned by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund.
