Saudi Non-Oil Exports Reach SAR 307 Billion in First Half, Minister Says

RIYADH, December 16 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Saudi Arabia’s non-oil exports reached SAR 307 billion in the first half of the year, marking the highest semiannual growth on record, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Export Development Authority (Saudi Exports) Bandar Alkhorayef said.
Speaking during a dialogue session with Syrian Minister of Economy and Industry Dr. Mohammad Nidal Al-Shaar at the Made in Saudi Expo 2025, Alkhorayef said Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives have driven record performance and sustained growth in non-oil exports by unlocking national industrial capabilities, improving product quality, and expanding access to global markets.
Alkhorayef highlighted opportunities for cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Syria in developing industrial cities, noting that Syria could benefit from the Kingdom’s experience in export development and local content support to contribute to its economic growth.
He also pointed to the efficiency, skills, and craftsmanship demonstrated by Syrian investors in the Kingdom’s industrial sector, expressing hope that industry would become a key pillar of Syria’s economic advancement.
On bilateral trade, Alkhorayef said Saudi non-oil exports to Syria totaled SAR 1.2 billion in the first nine months of 2025.
