ALULA, Saudi Arabia, January 31, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – The Music Commission staged the “Marvels of Saudi Orchestra” concerts in AlUla, with performances held at Maraya Hall.

The concerts were held under the patronage and in the presence of Prince Bader bin Abdullah bin Farhan, who is also governor of the Royal Commission for AlUla and chairman of the Music Commission’s board.

The concerts continued the journey of the Saudi National Orchestra and Choir in presenting Saudi musical heritage on leading local and international stages, with AlUla described as a pivotal stop due to its global cultural-tourism profile, historical roots and heritage.

The performances featured a selection of works that reimagined Saudi melodies through contemporary orchestral arrangements, blending authenticity with innovation and reflecting the Kingdom’s cultural and artistic diversity.

The AlUla concerts were framed as supporting national talent, strengthening the local and international presence of Saudi music, and aligning with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives that position culture and the arts as drivers of development and quality of life, while presenting music as a bridge for cultural interaction.

AlUla’s stop formed part of the “Marvels of Saudi Orchestra” series across multiple destinations, aimed at raising awareness of local art and showcasing Saudi creativity on major stages.
