Saudi Meteorology Centre provides weather services for World Defense Show in Riyadh

Riyadh, February 9, 2026 (SABN) – Saudi Arabia’s National Center for Meteorology is providing specialised weather and climate services for the World Defense Show in Riyadh, supporting air navigation and the safety of air shows and ground demonstrations during the exhibition.

The centre is taking part in the event, which opened on Sunday and runs until February 12.

At its pavilion, the National Center for Meteorology is showcasing meteorological technologies and systems used in both military and civilian operations, providing data intended to support operational planning and safety.
