Saudi foreign minister meets U.S. Secretary of State Rubio in Washington

Washington, January 7, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, on an official visit to the United States, met on Wednesday in Washington with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) said in a statement.
The two officials reviewed bilateral relations and ways to develop them in line with shared interests, and discussed regional developments and efforts to achieve security and stability.
The meeting was attended by Saudi Ambassador to the United States Princess Reema bint Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz and adviser to the foreign minister Mohammed Alyahya.
