Saudi Foreign Minister Joins Quadrilateral Meeting on Sudan at UN General Assembly

New York, September 25, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah participated on Wednesday in a quadrilateral meeting on Sudan with counterparts from the United Arab Emirates, the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the United States of America, on the sidelines of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York.

The discussions addressed recent developments in the Sudanese crisis and underscored the need to unify efforts to overcome humanitarian challenges.

The meeting also reviewed the implementation of commitments outlined in the Jeddah Declaration, particularly the protection of civilians, and emphasized the importance of ensuring Sudan’s stability while preserving its sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity.
