Saudi Foreign Minister Holds Calls With Bahrain and Egypt Counterparts on Regional Escalation

Riyadh, March 11, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan held separate phone calls Wednesday with the foreign ministers of Bahrain and Egypt to discuss the latest military escalation in the region and diplomatic efforts to contain the crisis.
During a call with Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, Bahrain’s foreign minister, the two sides reviewed recent developments related to the escalating situation and ongoing diplomatic efforts aimed at preserving regional security and stability.
In a separate call, Prince Faisal bin Farhan also spoke with Dr. Badr Abdelatty, Egypt’s minister of foreign affairs, emigration and Egyptian expatriates affairs.
The discussion focused on the latest developments surrounding the current regional crisis and the efforts being undertaken to safeguard stability and security across the region.
