Saudi Cup 2026 to be held February 13-14 under King Salman’s patronage

Riyadh, February 9, 2026 (SABN) – The seventh edition of the Saudi Cup will be held on February 13 and 14 under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, organisers said.

The Saudi Cup is billed as the world’s most valuable horse race and is expected to attract international owners, trainers and jockeys, Jockey Club of Saudi Arabia Chairman Prince Bandar bin Khalid bin Faisal said.

Prince Bandar said the event had recorded upgrades in international rankings in recent editions.

The event’s schedule will also include cultural activities alongside racing, including fashion, folk arts and handicrafts.
