Saudi Authority Launches Unified 1966 Service Number for Two Holy Mosques Visitors
RIYADH, September 16, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has launched the unified number 1966 to improve communication with visitors to the Two Holy Mosques, SPA reported.
The service will receive visitors’ requests, needs and feedback as part of efforts to improve the quality of services at the Grand Mosque in Makkah and the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah.
The authority said the number would serve visitors, Umrah performers and worshippers and support its efforts to improve their experience at both mosques.
SPA did not specify the service’s operating hours, available languages, call charges or whether the number can be reached from outside Saudi Arabia.
