RIYADH, November 23, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – At the Saudi International Handicrafts Week (Banan), artist Salwa Al-Amoudi is presenting a collection that reflects more than 12 years of experience in mosaic art, featuring intricately crafted pieces inspired by Saudi heritage.

Her exhibition includes mosaic tables featuring Al-Ahsa motifs, a service table shaped like the map of the Kingdom, and a lavender seedling designed using carefully selected stones that highlight subtle color gradients.

One of the key attractions is a 2.5 by 1.2-meter mirror mural decorated with traditional Najdi engravings. The piece has become a popular photo spot due to its blend of heritage elements and contemporary design.

Al-Amoudi began her journey in mosaic art during her studies in Islamic Arts, where she developed a deep appreciation for the discipline’s aesthetic richness. Years of practice, exhibitions, and experimentation led to the establishment of her own atelier, where she continues to create contemporary works rooted in Saudi heritage.

Her participation at Banan highlights a combination of authentic craftsmanship and modern artistic interpretation.
