Riyadh, September 24, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – The Future Investment Initiative (FII) Institute has announced the speaker lineup and program for the ninth edition of its flagship FII Conference, scheduled for October 27–30, 2025, at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh.

Held under the theme “The Key to Prosperity: Unlocking New Frontiers of Growth,” the conference will gather more than 15 heads of state, alongside global leaders, policymakers, and investors to address the paradoxes shaping the future—balancing progress with consequences, innovation with constraints, and fragmentation with connectivity.

With more than 600 speakers across over 230 sessions, FII9 aims to reinforce its role as a global hub for investment and ideas. The opening session will feature Governor of the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the FII Institute, Yasir Al-Rumayyan, presenting the fourth edition of the Priority Compass. The survey draws insights from tens of thousands of people across 32 countries, covering two-thirds of the world’s population, to guide policy and investment decisions.

“FII9 is where global leaders align capital with purpose. The Priority Compass ensures our discussions are not abstract, but rooted in the real concerns of people across the world,” said Richard Attias, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Acting CEO of the FII Institute.

Two plenary halls will host debates, fireside chats, and Board of Changemakers sessions on topics including shared economic interests, trade rules, sustainable and affordable energy, and responsible innovation.

Confirmed speakers include Minister of Investment Khalid Al-Falih, Aramco President and CEO Amin Nasser, Pershing Square Capital Management Founder and CEO Bill Ackman, Brookfield CEO Bruce Flatt, The Carlyle Group Co-Founder David M. Rubenstein, Guggenheim Investments President Dina DiLorenzo, JPMorgan Chase Chairman and CEO Jamie Dimon, Citi CEO Jane Fraser, BlackRock Chairman and CEO Laurence Fink, TotalEnergies Chairman and CEO Patrick Pouyanné, Bridgewater Associates Founder Ray Dalio, State Street Corporation Chairman and CEO Ronald O’Hanley, and Alphabet and Google President and CIO Ruth Porat.

The members-only event will bring together thousands of delegates and international media for four days of discussions and networking, further strengthening Riyadh’s position as a center for global dialogue and cooperation.
