WASHINGTON, D.C., November 21, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – The second edition of the U.S.–Saudi Investment Forum featured a high-level session on Wednesday chaired by Minister of Communications and Information Technology Abdullah Alswaha, with the participation of Elon Musk, Founder and CEO of xAI, Tesla and SpaceX, and Jensen Huang, CEO of NVIDIA. The session focused on the future of work and productivity amid the rapid acceleration of artificial intelligence and robotics.

During the session, Musk and Huang announced a series of new strategic initiatives, including plans to develop a new generation of high-capacity data centers in the Kingdom, the nationwide deployment of Grok models, a 500-megawatt large-scale computing project, and the deployment of AI accelerators in collaboration with AWS and NVIDIA. The initiatives reinforce Saudi Arabia’s position as an emerging global hub for AI computing.

The announcements coincided with the launch of the Saudi–U.S. AI Strategic Partnership. Musk revealed details of the large-scale computing plan in cooperation with NVIDIA, while Huang confirmed that NVIDIA is working with the Kingdom to build supercomputing systems and expand collaboration with companies such as HUMAIN to develop large-scale computing projects and digital factories through the Omniverse platform.

Musk noted that rapid technological transformations could make many jobs optional in the future, driving a new wave of productivity and economic growth powered by smart technologies.

Huang emphasized that AI has become a core component of global infrastructure, highlighting advanced cooperation in high-performance computing, simulation, and digital laboratories, alongside growing computing capabilities being built in the Kingdom through strategic partnerships.

Minister Alswaha presented examples of Saudi-led innovation, including the use of AI to discover new materials and the development of nanorobots for treating genetic diseases, illustrating the significant potential these technologies bring to research and development.

Concluding the session, Minister Alswaha said the announced initiatives represent a concrete step toward a future driven by advanced computing capabilities and international partnerships that strengthen Saudi Arabia’s role in the global digital economy.
