RIYADH, July 16, Saudi Arabia Breaking News — The International Aviation Technical College in Riyadh has celebrated the graduation of 1,611 Saudi men and women from its aircraft engineering and maintenance programs for the 2025–2026 training year.


The ceremony, held Wednesday evening under the patronage of Education Minister Yousef Al-Benyan, was attended by senior officials, military and executive leaders, airline representatives and aviation industry professionals.


The graduating class included the college’s first cohort of female trainees in aircraft engineering and maintenance.


The 48 female graduates represent a milestone in the expanding participation of Saudi women in advanced technical fields and the aviation sector.


The college provides specialized programs covering aircraft structures, mechanics, avionics and unmanned aircraft maintenance.


Its training model combines theoretical education with practical experience to prepare Saudi technical professionals for the workforce requirements of the aviation industry.
