ABU DHABI, September 21, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — The UAE Presidential Court announced that Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum passed away on Sunday, the Emirates News Agency reported.
The court extended its condolences to Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and to the Al Maktoum family.
It also prayed for mercy and forgiveness for Sheikh Ahmed and for patience and solace for his family.
