MAKKAH, August 28 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Moderate rainfall could trigger flash floods in Makkah, with a weather alert remaining in effect until 8:00 p.m., the National Center for Meteorology said.
The alert also covers gusty winds, near-zero visibility, hail and thunderstorms.
