Guangzhou, September 11, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah has been awarded level three accreditation in the Airport Customer Experience Accreditation program of Airports Council International (ACI) World, highlighting its rising international profile.

The recognition was announced at the Airport Experience Summit 2025 in Guangzhou, China. ACI said the accreditation reflects the airport’s comprehensive methodology, which involves employees, partners, and passengers in creating a high-standard travel experience.

Mazen Johar, Chief Executive of Jeddah Airports Company (JEDCO), said the accreditation supports the goals of the Kingdom’s aviation program by enhancing passenger services and reinforcing the airport’s global standing. He credited work teams and partners for their role in securing the recognition.

Johar added that each achievement further strengthens Jeddah’s role as a global travel hub, gateway to the Two Holy Mosques, and a leading regional airport aligned with the ambitions of Saudi Vision 2030.
