JAX District Launches Culinary Initiative ‘JAX Flavors’ to Support Food Entrepreneurs in Riyadh

Riyadh, September 11, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – JAX District, Saudi Arabia’s leading creative hub overseen by the Diriyah Biennale Foundation, has launched JAX Flavors, a new culinary initiative designed to celebrate regional food entrepreneurs and foster innovation in Riyadh’s growing gastronomic scene.

Known for hosting major cultural events such as the Diriyah Contemporary Art Biennale, JAX District has expanded its cultural placemaking mission to the culinary sector. JAX Flavors will provide emerging and established chefs from Saudi Arabia and the region with a platform to test new concepts, connect with audiences, and integrate into Diriyah’s creative ecosystem.

Seasonal activations will feature diverse offerings ranging from zero-waste food concepts and artisanal bakeries to street food and full-service dining. Selected operators will run for two to six months within the industrial heritage site, coinciding with art, design, music, and fashion events.

The program prioritizes concepts that emphasize community engagement, authentic regional identity, and sustainable sourcing practices. Applications are open to Saudi and regional entrepreneurs until September 15.
