PARIS, July 18, Saudi Arabia Breaking News — Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps warned Gulf countries hosting US forces that they could face retaliatory attacks after another wave of American strikes against Iran.

The warning came as the IRGC launched new attacks against US-allied countries in the Middle East.

“Since there is no international institution to prevent the brutality of the US military, we have no option before us except the Qur’anic command: ‘Whoever attacks you, then attack him in the same manner as he attacked you,’” the IRGC said, according to Iranian state broadcaster IRIB.

The Revolutionary Guards said countries that had allowed the United States to use their territory for attacks against Iran should expect retaliation.

“Countries hosting U.S. occupying forces, which have provided their territory to these invading criminals to launch attacks against Iran, should be prepared to receive a corresponding response,” the statement said.

The warning follows days of reciprocal US and Iranian attacks centered on control of the Strait of Hormuz, with no indication of de-escalation.
