JEDDAH, August 10 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Historic Jeddah Summer is presenting a multi-site program combining cultural heritage, art, technology, education and community activities across the UNESCO World Heritage site.


The Red Sea Museum is showcasing Saudi maritime heritage and the Red Sea’s historical links with civilizations and communities. Its “Sunken Treasures” exhibition explores navigation, shipwrecks and underwater archaeology.


From August 25 to 29, the museum will host the “Red Sea Lab” summer camp, offering children interactive activities in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.


The teamLab Borderless museum combines art and technology through digital exhibits that change in response to visitors’ interactions. Zawiya 97 is offering workshops in Arabic calligraphy, gilding, copper engraving and wood carving.


Sharbatly Cultural House, also known as Beit Al-Sharbatly, is providing summer programs for children and teenagers covering design, architecture, programming and innovation.


The program also includes the Jeddah Season Chess Championship, featuring competitors from several countries, alongside community activities for visitors.
