Data from four Gulf states shows scale of Iranian attacks since Saturday air assault

Dubai, March 4, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Iran has launched hundreds of attacks on Gulf nations since the United States and Israel launched their joint air assault on it on Saturday, according to detailed data released by four Gulf nations.


The data shows the scale of the Iranian retaliation. No data was available for Saudi Arabia and Oman.


United Arab Emirates: The UAE said it detected 189 ballistic missiles, intercepting 175. It said 13 fell into the sea and one landed on UAE territory. The UAE said it detected 941 drones, intercepting 876, while 65 fell within UAE territory. It also said eight cruise missiles were detected and destroyed.


Qatar: Qatar said it detected 101 ballistic missiles and intercepted 98. It said it detected 39 drones and intercepted 24. It also said three cruise missiles were detected and intercepted. Qatar said it detected and intercepted two Sukhoi Su-24 aircraft.


Bahrain: Bahrain said 73 missiles and 91 drones were destroyed.


Kuwait: Kuwait said 178 ballistic missiles and 384 drones were monitored and intercepted.
