Bahrain urges people to seek nearest safe location after missile, drone interceptions

Manama, March 5, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Bahrain urged people on Thursday to head to the nearest safe location.

Earlier, Bahrain’s defence ministry reported that its forces intercepted 75 Iranian ballistic missiles, destroying 65 while 10 fell inside Bahrain’s territory.

The ministry also reported intercepting 124 drones, downing 88 while 36 landed within the country.
