ALULA, February 6, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – The seventh edition of AlFursan Endurance AlUla will begin on Saturday as the final major preparatory event ahead of the FEI Endurance World Championship scheduled for November.

The two-day competition is organized by the Royal Commission for AlUla in partnership with the Saudi Arabian Equestrian Federation, with 300 riders from more than 70 countries competing on purebred Arabian horses.

The race route crosses major AlUla landmarks, including Hegra and Elephant Rock, combining top-level endurance racing with the area’s long equestrian heritage.

Organizers confirmed at a press briefing that technical and operational preparations at AlFursan Equestrian Village were completed ahead of the start.

The event strengthens AlUla’s position as a global venue for long-distance endurance competition and as a center for equestrian heritage.
