Washington, February 14, 2026 (Reuters via Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – U.S. President Donald Trump is expected to attend Saudi Arabia’s Future Investment Initiative (FII) conference in Miami from March 26–29, marking his second consecutive appearance at the event since returning to the White House, sources familiar with the matter said.
Trump is scheduled to attend a dinner on the first day hosted by Yasir Al-Rumayyan, governor of Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund, the Public Investment Fund (PIF). The FII Institute, the Saudi government, and the White House did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
The event follows a series of investment and defense agreements finalized between Saudi Arabia and the United States during the Crown Prince’s meeting with Trump in November. Saudi commitments to invest in the United States have been expanded to $1 trillion, up from $600 billion during Trump’s visit to the Kingdom in May.
Saudi Arabia is increasingly pivoting Vision 2030’s economic transformation program toward private sector collaboration, using platforms such as FII Miami to engage North and South American business leaders and investors as part of the Kingdom’s wider diversification and economic agenda.
