Saudi Weather Center Forecasts Moderate to Heavy Rain in Jeddah and Rabigh

RIYADH, November 6 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Saudi Arabia’s National Center for Meteorology (NCM) forecasts moderate to heavy rain in Jeddah and Rabigh governorates on Saturday, November 7, as part of a rainy spell expected to begin on Friday.
Rainfall will vary in intensity across most of the Kingdom, including coastal parts of Makkah Region. NCM spokesperson Hussein Al-Qahtani said the rain was expected to spread and intensify across much of the country on Monday and Tuesday, November 9 and 10.
Al-Qahtani urged the public to monitor official NCM forecasts and alerts, follow Civil Defense instructions and stay away from flood channels and valley streams. He warned against trying to cross them while water is flowing.
