Saudi Foreign Minister Meets Palestinian Prime Minister in Riyadh on Sidelines of FII9

Riyadh, October 28 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Prime Minister of the State of Palestine Dr. Mohammad Mustafa received His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, at his residence in Riyadh today. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the ninth Future Investment Initiative (FII9) Conference.
The two sides discussed developments in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, underscoring the importance of continuing all efforts to secure the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, ensure the establishment of their independent state, and achieve security and stability in the region.
The meeting also reviewed the outcomes of several major diplomatic initiatives, including the Two-State Solution Summit, the New York Declaration for a Peaceful Solution, the initiative of U.S. President Donald Trump, the Sharm El-Sheikh Declaration, and the High-level Coordination Meeting of the Global Alliance for the Implementation of the Two-State Solution, recently held in Riyadh.
Discussions further addressed international coordination across diplomatic, humanitarian, and institutional efforts. The officials emphasized the importance of empowering the Palestinian Authority and supporting its financial sustainability through the Emergency Coalition for the Financial Sustainability of the Palestinian Authority.
Both sides also reaffirmed the necessity of ensuring the delivery of humanitarian aid to all areas of the Gaza Strip in accordance with international humanitarian principles.
