Saudi Falcons Club Auction Opens with Falcon Sold for SAR100,000

Riyadh, October 3, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – The Saudi Falcons Club Auction 2025 opened Thursday night at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center in Malham, coinciding with the Kingdom’s annual falconry season running from October 1 to November 30.
The first falcon auctioned, from Wadi Baydh in Jazan and belonging to falconers Abdulrahman and Haider Mohammed Qasadi, started at SAR 30,000 before selling for SAR 100,000.
Officials said the auction has become a platform for local falcons, reinforcing the Kingdom’s cultural heritage, transferring expertise to younger generations, and providing economic opportunities for hundreds of falconers.
