Saudi defence minister visits Interior Ministry pavilion at World Defense Show in Riyadh

Riyadh, February 9, 2026 (SABN) – Saudi Arabia’s defence minister Prince Khalid bin Salman visited the Ministry of Interior’s pavilion at the World Defense Show in Riyadh, which runs from February 8 to 12.

The pavilion highlights technical solutions focused on security services and community support, including operational capabilities designed to strengthen decision-making, command and control, and predictive intelligence.

During the visit, Prince Khalid reviewed systems aimed at proactive security and emergency management, including the role of unified security operations centres (911) in the national response framework.

The tour also highlighted the ministry’s focus on international partnerships in security and smart systems.
