RIYADH, July 28, Saudi Arabia Breaking News — His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, congratulated Vasile Tofan on taking the constitutional oath as prime minister of the Republic of Moldova, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
