RIYADH, November 4 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, chaired the Cabinet session held today in Riyadh.


During the meeting, the Crown Prince shared updates on his discussions with visiting leaders and heads of government who attended the Future Investment Initiative conference, affirming the Kingdom’s growing influence as a global economic hub.

The Cabinet noted that the high-level international participation in the conference reflected worldwide recognition of the Kingdom’s achievements and reinforced its position as a key destination for future-focused investment and innovation.


Minister of Media Salman Al-Dossary said the Cabinet commended the resilience and flexibility of the Saudi economy in adapting to global transformations, particularly the continued expansion of non-oil sectors such as advanced manufacturing, technology, tourism, and entrepreneurship.


The Cabinet also praised the private sector’s significant contribution to the growth of non-oil activities since the launch of Vision 2030, signaling the effectiveness of economic reforms and the evolving business environment.

Saudi Arabia’s election to the presidency of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI) for a three-year term beginning in 2031 was hailed as a reaffirmation of the Kingdom’s commitment to transparency and governance.


The Cabinet also highlighted AlUla’s recent success in winning three World Travel Awards for 2025, underscoring its increasing prominence in regional tourism and its rich cultural and historical offerings.

Additional Cabinet decisions included approvals for the following:


  • A headquarters agreement with the Arab Urban Development Institute

  • A memorandum of understanding on financial cooperation with Kuwait

  • A draft MoU on tourism cooperation with San Marino

  • An MoU on economic and trade cooperation with Vietnam

  • An air transport services agreement with Panama

  • An MoU on veterinary medical products with France

  • An MoU on cooperation in measurement, evaluation, and accreditation with Kuwait University
