The Kingdom denounced the latest violation at Islam’s holy site and called on the international community to stop repeated Israeli transgressions in occupied Palestine.
Saudi Arabia has strongly condemned the recent incursion into the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque by an Israeli occupation minister accompanied by occupation forces, describing the move as a serious provocation and a violation of the sanctity of Islamic holy sites.
In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Kingdom expressed its strongest denunciation of the incident, rejecting what it described as Israel’s continued violations of international law and its repeated actions against religious and historical sites in occupied Palestine.
Saudi Arabia said the latest move reflects ongoing disregard for the sanctity of Al-Aqsa Mosque and constitutes a provocation to Muslims around the world. The Kingdom also stressed that such actions threaten to deepen tensions and further inflame an already volatile situation in the region.
The Foreign Ministry said the international community must take responsibility for halting Israeli violations and transgressions against the Palestinian people, as well as against holy and historic sites in occupied Palestinian territory.
The Kingdom also renewed its call for full respect for the historical and legal status of Al-Aqsa Mosque, while urging accountability for what it described as repeated and serious violations by the occupation authorities.
Saudi Arabia has repeatedly reaffirmed its support for the Palestinian cause and has continued to call for stronger international action to protect civilians, preserve holy sites, and ensure respect for international law.
