RIYADH, October 20 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) - Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has launched the second edition of its CVC corporate innovation programme with Plug and Play, helping company leaders develop investment and commercial partnerships with startups.

Delivered through the ministry’s CODE digital entrepreneurship centre, the programme will include in-person executive workshops in Riyadh from November 23 to 25, 2026.

The sessions will examine corporate venture capital, strategic partnerships and the adoption of startup products and services by established companies.

Participants will use practical exercises and international case studies to develop innovation priorities, select approaches suited to their businesses and identify opportunities for collaboration.

The programme also aims to help companies assess technologies and ideas developed both internally and externally and turn them into new technology products and ventures.

The ministry said the initiative was intended to strengthen links between Saudi companies and the startup ecosystem, giving emerging businesses greater access to partners and markets.
