Saudi Arabia Honors Winners of Fifth National Cultural Awards Initiative in Riyadh

Riyadh, September 15, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Minister of Culture Prince Bader bin Abdullah bin Farhan honored the winners of the fifth edition of the National Cultural Awards Initiative at a ceremony held on Sunday evening at the King Fahad Cultural Center in Riyadh, under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
The event was attended by senior officials, cultural leaders, writers, artists, and media representatives.
Prince Bader said the initiative reflects the values of gratitude and appreciation in Saudi culture and underscores the ministry’s commitment to supporting creativity across cultural fields. He congratulated this year’s winners and expressed pride in their contributions, saying culture flourishes through the talent and creativity of the Kingdom’s creators.
The National Cultural Awards Initiative, held annually, celebrates the achievements of individuals, groups, and institutions across diverse sectors. It provides financial and moral support to winners and recognizes the role of cultural institutions and business leaders, both local and international.
Organizers said the initiative aligns with the National Culture Strategy and Saudi Vision 2030 objectives to foster creativity, enhance community participation, drive culture-based economic growth, strengthen national pride, and promote global cultural exchange.
