Saudi Arabia condemns drone attacks on Eastern Province oil facilities

The Kingdom said it reserves the legal right to take all necessary measures to respond to the attacks and deter further aggression.
RIYADH, July 28, Saudi Arabia Breaking News — Saudi Arabia condemned in the strongest terms continued drone attacks by Iranian-backed militias in Iraq targeting oil facilities in the Kingdom’s Eastern Province.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Tuesday that Saudi Arabia remained determined to protect its security and sovereignty.
The Kingdom reserves its legitimate legal right to take all necessary measures to respond to the sources of the attacks and deter those responsible, the ministry said in a statement carried by the Saudi Press Agency.
Saudi Arabia also called on the Iraqi government to take all necessary steps to prevent its territory from being used as a base for attacks against the Kingdom.
