Riyadh to Host SFMA Expo 2026 With More Than 225 Participating Entities
RIYADH, September 17, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Riyadh will host the third International Facility Management Exhibition and Conference, known as SFMA Expo 2026, from September 20 to 22, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
The event will take place at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center under the patronage of Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed Al-Hogail.
Organized by the Saudi Facility Management Association, the conference and exhibition will bring together more than 225 participating entities and over 200 speakers from Saudi Arabia and other countries.
The program includes more than 120 workshops covering facility management, modern technologies, operations, maintenance and sustainability.
Sessions will examine how these areas can improve the efficiency of buildings and other facilities while supporting the development of smart cities.
The accompanying exhibition will include government bodies, companies, facility management businesses and technology providers presenting services and operational solutions for the sector.
SFMA Expo 2026 will also feature an innovation zone and a series of specialized workshops. The three-day event combines conference sessions, technical discussions, exhibits and professional training activities at the Riyadh venue.
