Qatar condemns attempted Iranian missile attack against Turkey, drone attack on Azerbaijan airport

Doha, March 5, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Qatar condemned an attempted Iranian missile attack against Turkey and a drone attack on an airport in Azerbaijan, according to a foreign ministry statement on Thursday.

The statement described Iran’s attempts to widen the conflict as dangerous and called the attacks against Turkey and Azerbaijan a “dangerous, aggressive escalation and a blatant violation to the nations’ sovereignty.”
