Nine Teams Win Awards at Madinah Hackathon Focused on Municipal Services

MADINAH, September 10 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) - Nine teams comprising 29 innovators won awards at a regional hackathon aimed at advancing digital transformation and improving municipal services in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
The competition covered three tracks: enhancing the visitor experience, encouraging community engagement and smart monitoring. It attracted 804 applicants, with 59 teams qualifying to compete.
Madinah Region Governor Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz honoured the winners at the closing ceremony at the University of Prince Mugrin. He also recognised strategic partners Elm and Innovation Races, along with the judges and experts.
