Guangzhou, September 11, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Najran International Airport, operated by Cluster2 company, has been awarded Best Airport in the Middle East for passenger experience in the category of airports with fewer than two million passengers, at the 2024 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards organized by Airports Council International (ACI).
The award was presented in Guangzhou, China, where ACI recognized global airports for excellence in passenger services. Najran International Airport earned a rating of 4.68 out of 5, highlighting Cluster2’s ongoing efforts to enhance passenger experience and operational efficiency.
The ASQ Awards are based on surveys conducted directly with travelers, using a standardized methodology to provide fair and objective evaluations of airports worldwide.
