Mongolian Falcon Sets SAR1.4 Million Record at International Saudi Falcons and Hunting Exhibition

RIYADH, October 10 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) - A Mongolian falcon sold for SAR1.4 million at the International Saudi Falcons and Hunting Exhibition on October 9, setting the highest price in the history of the Mongolian falcon auction, SPA reported.
The fifth auction session recorded sales of SAR1,651,000 across three young falcons. The first two fetched SAR151,000 and SAR100,000, while bidding for the final falcon opened at SAR100,000 before reaching SAR1.4 million.
The International Saudi Falcons and Hunting Exhibition has featured a dedicated pavilion for Mongolian falcons for the second consecutive year.
The International Saudi Falcons and Hunting Exhibition concludes on October 10 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham.
