King Khalid International Airport Attack Kills 12, Injures 309, General Authority of Civil Aviation Says

RIYADH, October 11 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) - Twelve people were killed and 309 injured in Saturday afternoon’s attack on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, the General Authority of Civil Aviation said in an update published by SPA on Sunday.


Those killed were four Saudi citizens and eight residents: two from Bangladesh and one each from the United States, Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Palestine and Sudan.


The 309 injured are receiving medical care at several hospitals, with some in critical condition, according to the General Authority of Civil Aviation.
